Never used to train AI

Your audio is never used to train AI voice models, clone voices, or build datasets. Not by us, not "anonymized," not opt-out-buried-in-settings. Never.

Never sold or shared

Your files are not sold, licensed, shared with, or shown to anyone. No "partners," no "selected third parties." Your take is between you and the tool you ran it through.

Never kept

Files exist on our servers only long enough to be processed and handed back. Then they're automatically deleted: within hours, every time, without you asking. There is one exception, and it only happens if you ask for it: see below.

You upload a take

Your file travels over an encrypted connection, the same protection as online banking.

The tool does its job

Editing, measuring, checking, whatever you asked for. Speech-to-text tools send audio to our transcription provider for one purpose only: turning your words into text for that job.

You download the result

The finished file comes straight back to you. It's yours, and we claim no rights over your recordings, ever.

Everything is deleted

Your upload and the processed files are automatically wiped from our servers within hours. There is no archive of your voice here, and the only clip we ever hold on to is one you deliberately send us to look at.

Are you training an AI on my voice?

No. Not now, not later, not "in aggregate," not with an opt-out you have to find. Your audio is never used to train any AI model or added to any dataset. If that ever changed (it won't), it would only ever be with your explicit, individual, informed yes.

Do you keep my recordings?

No. Files live on our servers only while your job runs and briefly afterwards so you can download the result, then they're automatically deleted within hours. We keep the text side of your results (like your scores or a transcript) so you can see your history; the audio itself is gone. The only audio we ever hold on to is a short clip you choose to attach to a fault report, covered further down.

Some tools transcribe my audio. Where does that happen?

Tools like Auto Clean Up and Performance Coach use a professional speech-to-text service to turn your words into text with precise timing. Your audio goes there for that one job and nothing else: to be transcribed, not to clone voices. It is never used by us for training, and we do not grant anyone else the right to use it that way.

What about the free "hear it fixed" demo on Home Studio Analysis?

That button sends five seconds of your recording to our own server, where our noise-removal engine cleans it and hands it straight back for playback. No third party is involved, the clip is deleted the moment it's processed, and it is never used to train anything. Same rules as everything else here, on a five-second scale.

What if a tool sounds wrong and I want you to hear it?

There's a tick box on the feedback form at the bottom of every tool page. Tick it, tell us roughly where you hear the problem, and it sends us 20 seconds of your recording from that spot, and only that. We keep it with your report while we work out what went wrong, then it goes with the report. It is never used to train anything, never shared, and never touched unless you tick that box. It exists because we would rather fix a fault we can hear than guess at one from a description.

Who can hear my uploads?

Nobody sits and listens to your takes. Processing is automated end to end. Your files aren't browsable by staff, aren't shared, and aren't part of any review process. The single exception is a clip you deliberately attach to a fault report, which we do listen to, because that is the entire point of you sending it.

Who owns the finished file?

You do. Completely. Uploading a file to VoiceEditSuite gives us no rights over your recording or your voice. The output belongs to you, for any use, forever.
